The TSF Group, which traces its heritage to the erstwhile TVS Group, is presenting an expanded portfolio of mobility solutions at IAA 2026, covering brakes, wheels, pneumatics, axles and turbochargers for commercial and off-highway vehicle applications.
With more than 60 years of experience as a Tier-1 supplier to global OEMs, the Group’s portfolio spans product development, engineering, manufacturing and technology capabilities, with a focus on quality, cost competitiveness and evolving customer requirements.
Brakes India is showcasing its latest commercial vehicle braking technologies, including a 22.5-inch lightweight monobloc Twin Piston Air Disc Brake, air brake compressors and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems. The portfolio highlights the company’s capabilities in braking and vehicle control technologies for global commercial vehicle applications.
Designed for trucks, tractors, trailers, tippers and buses, the Twin Piston Air Disc Brake features a monobloc construction aimed at delivering durability and performance while meeting global standards. The company is also displaying pneumatic braking systems and a broader range of braking solutions for light and heavy commercial vehicles.

Wheels India is presenting its range of forged and steel wheels for commercial vehicle applications, including higher-load forged wheels, larger-size forged wheels and single-piece steel wheels. The products are designed for applications such as electric buses, trailers and trucks.

Axles India is showcasing cast axle beams developed for deep-mining and heavy-construction vehicles. Designed for demanding off-highway applications, the axle beams are engineered to deliver high load-bearing capability, durability and fatigue resistance. Advanced casting processes and precision machining are used in their manufacture to meet the requirements of applications where reliability and structural performance are critical.

Turbo Energy is exhibiting its latest range of turbochargers and e-compressors, developed with engineering support from BorgWarner Turbo Systems, Germany. The products are engineered at Turbo Energy’s R&D Centre in Chennai and cater to a range of powertrain technologies and mobility applications.
The company’s portfolio includes turbocharging solutions for CNG, LNG, flex-fuel, hydrogen, gasoline, hybrid and diesel powertrains. Its high-speed e-compressors are also designed for fuel-cell electric vehicle applications.
