Brady Ericson will serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Borg Warner
Chris Gropp will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
BorgWarner Inc. announced Brady Ericson as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In another organisational change, Chris Gropp will serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PHINIA Inc., the proposed spin-off of BorgWarner’s Fuel Systems and aftermarket segments. Frédéric B. Lissalde, President and Chief Executive Officer, BorgWarner, hailed both Brady and Chris as well-rounded and respected leaders. Ericson has previously served as Vice President of BorgWarner and President and General Manager of BorgWarner Fuel Systems and Aftermarket. Gropp most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Fuel Systems and Aftermarket and has earlier held positions of increasing responsibility in several BorgWarner businesses both domestically and internationally.
