Nippon Paint India has expanded its automotive aftermarket footprint with the launch of a new n-SHIELD Studio, strengthening its vehicle surface protection network in North India.
Located in Dehradun, the new facility offers the company’s range of automotive protection solutions, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Interior Protection, Glass Protection and detailing services. Equipped with dedicated application infrastructure and trained technicians, the studio is designed to serve owners of luxury, premium and passenger vehicles.
Commenting on the launch, Rakesh Handoo, Director – Beyond Coatings Business Unit, Nippon Paint India, said the new studio is part of the company’s strategy to expand its vehicle protection network across India. He added that Dehradun is an important market for the brand as it continues to strengthen its presence while focusing on technology, quality and customer experience.
According to the company, every installation at its n-SHIELD studios is carried out by trained and certified applicators following standardised operating procedures using certified products. The latest facility expands the brand’s presence in North India and aims to make automotive paint protection services more accessible in emerging markets.
Nippon Paint India’s Beyond Coatings portfolio includes paint protection films, ceramic coatings, detailing products and other vehicle care solutions, complementing its presence across automotive OEM, automotive refinish, commercial vehicle, industrial and wood coatings businesses.
