Sandhar Technologies Ltd., a diversified auto component manufacturing company with multiple product lines acquires the cabin business of Arkay Fabsteel Systems Pvt. Limited of Ambethan, Pune.
With this Sandhar acquires the designing, manufacturing and sale of operator cabins for Back Hoe Loaders, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Cranes, Skid Steers and Tractors including Assets, Rights under Contracts, Intellectual Property and Proprietary Information relating to the said business and regular employees of Arkay Fabsteel Systems Pvt. Limited of Ambethan, Pune. With this business Sandhar has doubled its production capacity of cabins and gets access to cabin business and customers at Pune mainly JCB, Atlas Copco, Tafe, Mahindra Construction Equipment, Ashok Leyland John Deere and Potain.
Sandhar plans to have a business of Rs.1000 crores by 2020 from the Construction and Earthmoving industry, including Mag and Sandhar Caama. Arkay with its Head Quarters at Faridabad is a pioneer in design, development, manufacturing and supply of cabins for construction equipment, tractors, mining equipment and other diverse applications. “It gives me immense pleasure to announce the acquisition of the Cab
