In November 2023, China exhibited robust economic performance in the tyre industry as it recorded a notable surge in exports. The country exported a substantial 52.35 million tyres during this period, reflecting an impressive year-on-year increase of 28.7 per cent. This growth was indicative of China’s continued strength in the global tyre market. Simultaneously, the value of these tyre exports reached a commendable Yuan 12.9 billion, experiencing a significant uptick of 30.6 per cent compared to the same period in the previous year. The surge in both volume and value underscored China’s pivotal role in the international tyre trade, showcasing the nation’s manufacturing prowess and its ability to meet the rising demands of the global market. This positive momentum in tyre exports not only contributed to China’s economic vitality but also solidified its position as a major player in the global trade landscape.
