Global automotive supplier Denso is expanding Denso Manufacturing Athens Tennessee for the production of gasoline direct injection products. The investment will be $85 million and the expansion area will be 20,800 square meter. The production is planned to start in July 2016. This expansion will result in about 400 new jobs.
DENSO Corporation has recently announced that it acquired a 50 percent stake in DJ COOL Corporation, a Turkish company that designs, manufactures, and sells air conditioning systems for bus and tractors and refrigerator systems, on October 14, 2014.
