ZF Friedrichshafen opens new plant in Pune

German auto component manufacturer, ZF Friedrichshafen AG has opened a new facility in Chakan, Pune with a total investment of about Rs 150 crore (20 million) to tap the growing potential of the Indian market. Spread across 85 000 square meters (21 acres) the new facility will house Car Powertrain Technology and Commercial Vehicle Technology divisions as well as ZF Services under the same roof.
