Tessolve has raised USD150 million from the global investment firm TPG. The company said the funding will be used to strengthen its global delivery centres, expand advanced test laboratories, and enhance its end-to-end semiconductor engineering services.
Tessolve employs more than 3,500 engineers and is backed by Hero Electronix and Novo Tellus Capital Partners. The company stated that the investment marks an important step in its growth strategy and will support its plans to scale capabilities in the semiconductor sector.
