Pricol Partners with Italy’s Domino S.r.l to Strengthen Two-Wheeler Control Systems Portfolio

In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the automotive components segment, Coimbatore-based Pricol Limited has signed a technology and supply agreement with Domino S.r.l., an Italian-based global leader in two-wheeler control systems.

The collaboration aims to strengthen Pricol’s product portfolio in the two-wheeler handlebar control segment in India and select global markets. Pricol will manufacture and supply Domino’s handlebar-mounted control systems as part of this partnership, providing Indian OEMs with faster access to advanced, globally tested components. The agreement marks a key step in Pricol’s long-term growth strategy as it aims to expand its footprint across Southeast Asia, with a focus on evolving two-wheeler and EV platforms. “This partnership with Domino will help us bring best-in-class technology to Indian OEMs, with enhanced focus on safety, ergonomics, and rider experience,” said Vikram Mohan, Managing Director of Pricol Ltd. Domino S.r.l, a part of the Italian industrial group Ghisalba, is known for its innovation in throttle control, switches, grips, and braking components for motorcycles and scooters globally. The collaboration will also support the ‘Make in India’ initiative, with production expected to be localized at Pricol’s facilities in Tamil Nadu. The two companies will work closely on product development, design customization, and joint go-to-market strategies for India and other key export destinations.
