TVS Logistics Services Limited (TVS LSL), India’s, today announced the appointment of E. Balaji, as President – People Services (HR) with effect from 1st April, 2014. In his new role, Balaji will be responsible for various facets of people services functions across the globe for TVS LSL. Prior to joining the compan he was working as Managing Director and CEO at Randstad India.
Balaji, a management graduate with specialisation in marketing, will be based out of TVS LSL’s Chennai office and will be reporting to S Ravichandran, Executive Director. Balaji comes with over 20 years of handful experience in execution and leadership capabilities.
“We are happy to have Balaji on board to head the people services function for our global operations. His overall experience in handling HR at various levels and his earlier role as the CEO of an organisation will bring a good blend of business priorities and aligned HR practices which will be key in further strengthening our organisation.
