Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., a leading name in automotive component solutions, showcased its growing capabilities in the rail mobility segment at the International Railway Equipment Exhibition (IREE) 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Dehli
The Tata AutoComp booth was inaugurated by Honourable Minister of State for Railways, Mr. Ravneet Singh, and BEML Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Shantanu Roy. The exhibit drew strong interest from senior officials of the Railway Ministry, Metro and Urban Transport divisions, and major industry stakeholders.
Tata AutoComp presented a suite of technologies designed for the next generation of rolling stock including advanced propulsion systems, lightweight composite structures, ergonomic seating solutions, and high-efficiency HVAC systems. These innovations aim to enhance reliability, passenger comfort, and energy efficiency across metro and intercity applications.
The company’s display attracted leadership from key government bodies such as the Ministry of Railways, RDSO, and IRSME, as well as production units like ICF, MCF, and RCF. Representatives from PSUs including BEML, BHEL, and RITES, along with private OEMs such as Alstom, Hitachi, Titagarh, and Texmaco, also engaged with the team to explore potential collaborations.
Strengthening its global reach, Tata AutoComp has forged partnerships with international technology leaders such as Škoda, Compin Fainsa, and Air International Thermal Systems. These alliances aim to localize advanced propulsion, thermal management, and interior solutions for the Indian market, making them cost-competitive while adhering to international safety and performance standards.
