Sundram Fasteners Limited (SFL), part of the $8.5 billion TVS group, recently announced its Q2 results for FY 2020. The net profit of SFL (standalone) for the Quarter ended 30th September 2019 was at Rs 71.07 crore, as against Rs 110.66 crore during the same period in the previous year.
Revenue from the operations of Sundram Fasteners Limited for the quarter was at Rs 766.82 crore as against Rs 998.62 crore during the same period in the previous year, a decrease of 23.2%. Due to the drop in industry volumes, the domestic sales was also lower at Rs 450.01 crore as against Rs 631.59 crore during the same period in the previous year.
The export sales for the quarter ended was at Rs 290.88 crore as against Rs 334.76 crore during the same period in the previous year. EBITDA was at Rs 145.35 crore as against Rs 199.35 crore during the same period in the previous year.
