Motul India manufacturer of premium engine and industrial lubricants, has launched the Motul Sehat Ki Samriddhi initiative. Aimed at improving primary healthcare access for auto mechanics, their families, and community members, the campaign starts with health camps in Varanasi, Lucknow, and Ludhiana on 25th June 2024. These are the first of many camps planned across 20 cities in India.
In collaboration with Smile Foundation, Motul’s campaign will run from June 2024 to March 2025, covering regions in Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh. The initiative aims to provide essential healthcare services to communities with limited access to medical care and reduce the burden on government health services. Over the next nine months, around 16,000 people will benefit from 80 health camps, reducing out-of-pocket expenses and promoting healthier living.

Key activities of the project include deploying qualified medical and paramedical staff, mobilizing the community with the help of local dealers and retailers, organizing Smile health camps, providing referral services, distributing first aid kits, and conducting regular monitoring to ensure the project’s success.
