ColdEX, has been recognised as India’s Best Cold Chain Logistics Service Provider in Frost & Sullivan’s Indian Logistics Voice of Customer Awards 2014. The award was given to ColdEX for overall best performance among similar logistics service providers (LSPs) specialised or focused on cold chain logistics, nominated and rated by end users across target industries. ColdEX received the highest ratings from customers for its performance in maximum evaluation parameters including logistics expertise in the target industry, reputation of the cold chain service provider, cold chain network reach, number of cold chain service locations, skills and attitude of LSP’s staff, and cold chain fleet size.

The Frost & Sullivan Indian Logistics Voice of the Customer Award for Best Cold Chain Logistics Service Provider is given to an LSP specialising or focusing on cold chain logistics that truly demonstrates excellence among competitors, as judged by customers. LSPs specialised or focused on cold chain logistics that received highest nominations along with ratings on the performance by customers in the given award category are shortlisted for the evaluation. The ratings attained by each contending LSP on evaluation parameters are weighed against the importance assigned by end users for the respective parameters, with the highest scoring company named the winner. Each evaluation parameter relevant to the logistics industry is weighted appropriately according to first-hand research conducted by Frost & Sullivan with local market customers.
