ADM Technologies has joined hands with International Armoring Corporation (IAC), USA to commence a bullet-proofing facility for vehicles in India. The joint venture company ADMA Specialty Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, will bring together the strength of both groups and help IAC to introduce the latest in the vehicle armour industry, in line with local specifications and customer requirement. ADM Technologies is a business consulting and advisory service company offering a variety of services to foreign clients planning to set up operations in India.
IAC specialises in the manufacture of customised armoured vehicles for government officials, heads of state, business executives or individuals who perceive a threat to life. It uses patented, lightweight synthetic armour laminates (Armormax), moulded to fit the vehicle rather than modifying the vehicle, thereby reducing added armour weight by 30-70%. It offers protection against high-power rifle fire and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Over 8,000 armoured vehicles have been sent to clients in over 60 countries.

ADM Technologies was started with the idea of facilitating the foreign companies entry to India for business. Since its inception in 2009, ADM has so far worked with 14 companies and offered all kinds of services, from conducting market research and drawing up business plans to company formation, land acquisition and project management support.
